Common Questions

How do I activate my license? +

After purchasing a subscription, you'll receive a license key via email. Open SCUM Dashboard, go to Settings > License, and enter your key. The app will validate and activate your license automatically.

Can I transfer my license to a new computer? +

Yes! You can deactivate your license on one device and activate it on another. Go to Settings > License > Deactivate Device. Then activate on your new machine. Pro and Server plans support multiple simultaneous devices.

The dashboard isn't sending commands to the game +

Make sure SCUM is running and you're logged into the server as an admin. The dashboard sends commands via the in-game console, so the game window must be accessible. Try running both SCUM and Dashboard as Administrator.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Log in to your account on this website, go to Account > Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
